After having called another State Farm office, near midtown, who actually had the nerve to be rude to me, I called this one.
The woman I spoke to was absolutely wonderful. What a blessing. She was kind ,very professional, she explained everything so I understood. Having been with State Farm for several years I sincerely appreciate being treated as a valued customer. She was just a joy to work with and I really appreciate that wonderful customer service. She was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything so well I completely trust that I chose the correct office to work with. No matter where you live do yourself a favor and call this office first. avoid the one closest to Midtown... in my opinion. Great service thank you so much!"
